Message Board

Our message board is our primary means of interactive communication.

The board is set-up so that you need to register to have access to the more useful features, and also to enable us to send you emails about Ya Mule news and events.

If you do not register, you will still be able to read Topics and FAQs. However, you will not be able to post replies, will not receive notification when Forums and Topics are added or updated, and will not receive group emails.

How To Use

If all you want to do is read Topics and FAQs, click the Message Board link above and you're off and running.

If you want to read Topics and FAQs, add Forums, add Topics, post replies to Topics, receive email notification when Topics are added or updated, and use the board to contact other registered members, please click on Message Board above and follow the steps below.

How To steps

If you're not already registered, click the Register link in the upper right corner and enter the requested info. If you'd like, you can use the same userid and password you had for our Google Group that we're moving away from.
Login to the board by clicking the Login link in the upper right corner (some actions may automatically bring you to Login page if you're not already logged in). You must be logged in to see some of the board options (eg. the "Subscribe Topic" links at the bottom of Topic pages). Most actions involving login generate a temporary "Information" page that will disappear in a few seconds (nothing needs to be done on this page).
To receive email, go to   User Control Panel >> Board Preferences   and set the following two options to "yes":
    - Users can contact me by e-mail
    - Administrators can e-mail me information
Note:  If you still do not see e-mails, check your provider's spam folder.
Forums are groupings for Topics (eg. Team Equipment).   Topics are individual discusion areas (eg. Boat Signup).

To automatically receive email notification when new Topics are added to Forums and/or when replies are posted to Topics, you must subscribe to each of the Forums/Topics that you want to receive notifications for.

Subscribe links are located near the bottom of Forum and Topic pages (must be logged in to see them).   If you've toggled the link to "Unsubscribe Forum" (or "Unsubscribe Topic") you are successfully subscribed.   Subscribing to a Forum allows you to receive notification when new Topics are added, but will not automatically subscribe you to all Topics within that Forum.   You must subscribe to each Topic you want to receive posting/reply notificatons for.
